What Causes Painful Bump Near Anus?

i have a bump about a cm from my anus. i noticed it one mornign because it was pretty painfull. i left it thinking it was just and ingrown hair but a few weeks latter i noticed it was doing the same i wanted to beleive it was just another and popped it a clear sticky puss came out and i left it to heal it came back in the next few days and did the same action
