What Causes Painful Bump On Intergluteal Cleft?
For the past week I have had a very painful bump at the top of my buttcrack. The pain is constant and escalates when pressure is applied to the area. The is no pus, but it has developed a rough texture now. I was just wondering if there was anyway to eleaviate the pain because it is constant and even makes it had to sleep.

I think of 2 common possibilities
developing sinus or fistula
coccydynia
did you fall or hurt yourself? try seating on a soft cushion only.
use hot baths for the local area and if it does not improve then you need to see a general surgeon.
