Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been having mild pain in my shins and could not understand why because that is not normal for me unless I did a long distance run or something. I have not been working out recently so it was strange. I looked down and notice bumps on my shins and then began feeling them and notice bumps on my shin bones going all the way down the shins. It then made me think of a strange boney protrusion that developed on my breast bone a couple of years ago. But I never had it checked because it is subtle and causes me no problems. It now makes me wonder if I have something strange going on with my bone health.
