What Causes Painful Defecation And Stomach Cramps?

good day dr I am experiencing an unbearable pain when ever I have to pass stool. my stomach feels hot cramps and when I eventually pass the stool my anus feels very hot as if its on fire what could be the cause of that and how can I treat it? please help

first of all you need to think back about the diet you had, its possible to get such symptoms with a spicy diet. also it could be due to some sort of infection. if its a one time thing give your bowels some rest and take an anti spasmodic, if your symptoms persist or worsen you might need a proper consultation
