What Causes Painful Gastric, Difficulty In Breathing And Chills?

I just want to ask about my situation last few days my gastric so painful so I thought if I eat it will heal,but the pain still there so the other day I went to see a doctor he suggested me don t skip meal and gave me a medicine.So I thought it will be ok after I took the medicine but I feel after a nap I got I woke up its hard to breath and I feels like my stomach twisting and I chills but sweat went I cover my self my blanket I m so worried pls help me.Thanks

Noted the history Of stomach pains and then chills severe pain after medication as well as difficulty in breathing.
This can be due to he following reasons.
This can be reaction to medicines.
Can be enhancement to gastroenteritis.
I would advice you the following:
Rush to nearby hospital or ER.
Get clinical evaluation and examination.
Investigations as will be advised.
Can take cold milk or so.
Avoid spicy and oily foods.
No stress or anxiety. It helps.
