What Causes Painful Hard White Bumps At The Tip Of Penis?
I have had this white bump on the tip of my penis for several months now. It usually comes and goes but this time it has remained for a few weeks. It is painful, but will not pop, and is actually very hard. I ve had surgery to remove scar tissue before, could this be a result of that?

If you had unprotected sex - need to rule out sexually transmitted infection. If not, it can be due to fungal infection. Local application and oral anti-fungal can help you since it is for a longer duration.
