What Causes Painful Intercourse?
I have not had sex in over 13 years I engaged in sexual intercourse for the first time in 13 years 6 months 2 weeks and 3 days it hurt just like the first time I had sex and I bled why was that I know the hymen does not grow back

Hymen break is not always the cause of bleed in sexual intercourse. A long gap in intercourse is most common cause and the dryness which occurs with age. If its not because of dryness and it persist even after good lubrication, then other cause need to be ruled out like polyp, endometriosis, infection etc.
