I feel and hit my face on sunday I hit my cheek really hard have a black eye but the pain is in my cheek. There is a big knot on my left cheek. The pain is getting worse as time goes on and I developed a head last night and all day today. Should I be worried r will this be something that will go away with time?
Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you got hit your face hard . You got black eye . You got knot in your left cheek. Both of these will gradually heal as these are due to hematoma formation. Hematoma gradually resolve. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Icing reduces swelling. But your are also headache as headache has some concerned.You may need to done your CT scan brain to rule out head injury. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.
