Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
In my opinion ,it could be Tuberculosis of the spine.
Please get an X Ray of Spine and if possible MRI spine to see it tuberculosis has spread to bones .
In this case The pressure of pus from TB can cause leg symptoms .The treatment would depend on the extent of disease.
