What Causes Painful Lump On The Neck?

hello i am 24 yrs old i have no medical history.i have a small lump on my neck(it pains if i touch it) and my left hand was paining for 4 days and today my other hand also started paining. is there any connection between this lump and hand and what is this lump actually?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your lump on neck can be enlarged lymphnode due to reactive hyperplasia, tuberculosis or lymphoma. Or it can be some soft tissue tumor like lipoma or neurofibroma. You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of that lump. It will give you exact diagnosis.
