Hi, in the last few days i have got a few small lumps around my anal area. i thought i might have cut myself shaving down there but it doesnt seem like that and its not getting better. it is painful and almost feels sore. I do have a hemmerhoid and i also have a history of thrush and geniral herpes do u know what it could be?
As you are already having piles and must be taking treatment for that.
These small bumps could be either small boils or cystic acne occurred as a result of shaving anal hair.
If they are painful and not getting better then you must need to get examined by surgeon to make diagnosis clear.
Without inspecting the lesion one can not say surely,so better you see surgeon who will inspect the anal region and prescribe you appropriate antibiotic.
Meanwhile, you can take over the counter analgesics,antiinflammatories and antiallergic like antihistamines (cetrizine 10 mg) for symptommatic relief.
