ive had tightness/lumps in my lower stomache feels like bloating, if i push on my stomache on my belly button or below it hurts. i also have nausea and usually throw up after eating, or if i do any kind of running or active activity. i also have pains in my lower back around my kidneys. my symptoms have been getting worse especially the vomitting after eating. i cant eat as much as usual, and am starting to get really worried i dont know if it something that i need to get checked out immediately or if its something that will pass.
