What Causes Painful Lumps On The Right Side Of My Vagina That Leak A Smelly, Whitish-clear Fluid And Form A Yellowish Crust?

I have a couple dime-quarter sizes lumps on the direct outside of my vagina only on the right side. At first they were just the lumps, now the started leaking smelling whitish clearish type liquid on the tops of them and form a yellow/white like crust when dry and when wet still have the crust but become more removable. It causes a lot of pain when wearing panties, pants, pretty much any contact causes pain. I’ve had it for around 5 months!!! I’m embarrassed to go to my local doctors…. Please help, once I get professionals opinion, I will go to the doctor at least knowing what I’m getting into somewhat. Thank you.
