Hello, I have gone through your query and understood the concern. As per your description of symptoms, it appears as if you had a transient hormone imbalance. This can happen due to several reasons like sudden menstrual disturbances, stress, general and local infections, use of certain medications etc. Please have a complete evaluation by a specialist since you say the bleeding pattern is associated with pain and joint pain. You may need routine blood counts, urinalysis and CRP to exclude infection. Please maintain a healthy diet. Hope this helps.
