What Causes Painful Mid-back Radiating Towards The Hands And Knees?
Lately my mid-back has been in quite some pain. Sometimes i bend over orlean down to get something and all of a sudden it s a little difficult to breath and i cant get up. It s almost like a cramp yet the pain is like stabbing or burning kind of feeling. Ever since this has started my knees, hands, and neck have done the same thing. Could this just be soreness or should I see a doctor.
As a first line management you can take analgesics like Tramadol or Diclofenac for pain relief. Most probably the symptoms can be due to spine related problems like prolapsed disc. Consult a neurosurgeon and plan for an MRI spine for further assessment.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
