Neurologist, Surgical 's  Response
Hi, thanks for asking from HCM.

I can understand your concern. The mole can not cause diffuse headache, nausea, vomiting, dizziness. Those symptoms are suggestive of "Migraine" type of headache. Also to rule out secondary cause of headache, you must consult doctor to get NCCT or MRI brain done.
The scanning will rule out mass lesion or vascular lesion.

After confirming the illness, final treatment can be given to you. Tumor or vascular lesion are mostly treated by surgery. While migraine is treated by medication.

You can consult plastic surgeon for removal of the mole. Small sized mole can be treated by electrocautery or excision while large size lesion can be surgically excised.

Hope it will help you. Thanks. Take care.
