What Causes Painful Periods And Pink Creamy Discharge?

Hi had a miscarriage in January been have very painful periods afterwards. Period is 6days late with negative urine pregnancy tests. Pms is present and today I noticed a pink creamy discharge on my pants no itching or odour should I be worried? Thanks
