What Causes Painful Pimple In Nostril?

Hi, I have had a pimple inside of my left nostril about 1 centimeter in from the opening for about 3-4 days. It is extremely painful. Also, my left lymph node under my chin is swollen and slightly sore (this started early this morning and it is now late afternoon). I have fever aches, but no fever. What can be causing this? Should I be worried? Should I see my doctor?

Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
This could be furuncle.
The lymph node coukd be secondary to furuncle. Nothing to worry.
I recommend the following.
1) A course of antibiotics.
2) Analgesic like tablet paracetamol for pain relief.
3) Antibiotic ointment for applying for the furuncle.

You will be fine.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help.
Wish you a good health and speedy recovery.
Regards,
