What Causes Painful Pimples On Head And Face?

I am 26 years old. I have painful spots or pimples on my head & face. My hairs are also lossing. The spots or pimples are spreading some kind of liquid gradually that after some time gets dry . I have taken some antibiotics & ayurvedic treatment. But not getting rid ... I dont understand the cause of such spots & not getting right treatment of doctor plz help
