What Causes Painful Pinch While Urinating In The Morning?

I have had what specialist say is endo and am noticing through my cycles monthly there are a few days month (right after I ovulate and my PMS starts) that I go to pee and there is a painful pinch that stops my full "mist empty" badder. This was a first morning go. I don't hold my bladder.

The urinary problem you have seems to be mostly due to -
-the endometriosis you have Diagnosed & treated by gynecologist- hormones/ surgery ) ,
- Bladder infection which is aggravated with menstrual hormones.( needs urine routine/ culture test. - followed by specific antibiotic treatment)
