What Causes Painful Pussy Cyst On Stretch Mark Of Inner Leg?

I have a cyst looking thing on a stretch mark on the inner portion of my leg. It feels pussy and it hurts. I tried to squeeze some of it, and it hurts like hell, turns purple and a little bloody pus comes out.., and then nothing. And then the next day, it is right back. Same size. What is it? Oh and there is not head like a zit or ingrown hair, and is the same color of my stretch marks.

Hello, it appears to be bacterial folliculitis.
U shouldnot try to squeeze the pus urself
I would adv you to go for a course of antibiotics, viz Cap Cephalexin 500 mg four times a day for 5 days
apply Nadibact cream twice daily on the lesion
The lesion should dry in 5-7 days
