What Causes Painful, Red And Inflamed Spot Near To Upper Butt Crack?
My girlfriend recently started complaining about a painful spot on her upper butt crack and looked like a simple irritation. After a few days it progressively got worse and the skin around it has become inflamed and red, indicating an infection. She tried to take a shower and started to cry in pain as soon as the water hit the spot. What could this be and what should we do?

The given symptom here may be suggestive of eczematous changes, if I would be treating doctor of this case then I would treat this case with Tab Azithromycin 500 mg once in day, and Miconazole, clobetasol, cream for local application such regime gives excellent result, hope this information helps.
