What Causes Painful, Red Colored Bumps On Breast?

A red bump developed on my breast 3 days ago. It is painful and hurts if you touch it. Today it formed a blister full of puss. It popped and left a hole and still hurts. I have ulcerative colitus which is not currently active and believe this could be auto immune related. It is not a bug bite and has not itched. I believe I had this condition before and had to take an antibiotic to heal it and keep it from spreading. Any idea what it could be? Becky
