What Causes Painful Scab Inside Nose?

Hi! Ive had scabs in my nose for almost three months now. It started on the left side now its on the right but it gets painful sometimes. Now smelly fluid had started coming out too. I m waiting for my insurance since I just started my new job. Is there anything I can do for now?
