What Causes Painful Scabs Inside The Nostrils?
I have very painful scabs on the inside of both sides of my nose where it curves out and I tend to pick at it a lot and it won't go away I have tried neosporin and it didn't work. The scabs make my nose red and I'm starting to get pimples on the out side rim of my nose how can I stop this. And what may be causing it ?

Hello,
Normally the scabs fell off very easily.
If the scabs are not falling easily even after application of ointment there could be ulcer behind the scab and the scab could be because of vasculitis or fungal infection.
You need to consult an ENT surgeon and get examined , You can get done an Endoscopic examination of the nose .
If there is ulcer then biopsy can be taken.
In doubt do reply.
