What Causes Painful Soft Mass In The Heel?
I HAVE WHAT APPEARS TO BE A SOFT TISSUE MASS ON THE BACK PORTION OF MY RIGHT HEEL. iT HAS NO COLORATION, IT IS SORE SOMEWHAT TO THE TOUCH, AND IF A SHOE PRESSES ON IT IT IS PAINFUL. iT ALSO FEELS WARM TO THE TOUCH. THERE ARE NO OTHER SYMPTOMS, NEVER FOOT TROUBLE IN PAST.

it may be due to bursitis of that part. you are adivse to hot water fomentation. take pain killers and anti-inflammatory drugs and avoid shoe wearing.
