Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I think it can be Retrocalcaneal bursitis. It is due to spur in the bone and it causes collection of the fluid in the back of heel. It is more of a collection of fluid in the bursa. It can be treated with following treatment.
1. Hot water fomentation
2. injection of steroid in the heel. It should be done by a trained orthopaedic surgeon.
3.calf stretching exercises
4. Tablet Brufen twice daily or Nimesulide twice daily
5. Shoe heel elevation to relax tendoachilis.
