What Causes Painful Sore Dot On Back That Leaks?
I am concerned about a possible cyst my four year old son has. He has had a little sore like dot on his back, right above his buttocks, right in the middle that at times is smoothe, no problem, then at other times, it opens up, leaks, and appears pimple like and irritated. It has really started to cause him pain. Is this a problem from the inside out?

based on his clinical picture, it could possible be a cyst (sebaceous or keratinous). you have to consult with a general/pediatric surgeon to check on it. antibiotic treatment and surgical removal (excision) will be directed accordingly.
