Hello,
Since HCQS-200 is causing you adverse effect you have stopped taking it. It should not be a problem, if you switch to a healthy lifestyle. Symptoms of
arthritis can be kept under control with symptomatic treatment. Arthritis is commonly caused by autoimmune diseases. You are suggested to be tested for it by your local doctor.
Taking omega 3 fatty acids, probiotics, including turmeric in the regular diet or taking it as capsules, taking green tea will help the symptoms be under control and you can be comfortable. If obese or
overweight, you are suggested to do regular walking and exercises. It will help better circulation and help joints stay lubricated and flexible.
Stretching exercises are helpful. You can take NSAIDs,
naproxen one stat when needed to help reduce pain and inflammation. Get clinically examined by a local doctor you may need prescription medicines like
corticosteroids, DMARDs,
hyaluronic acid therapy, etc. Surgery is only recommended if the conservative treatment and therapy being given does not work.
