Good morning - I am a 48 yro fit and active lady, always enjoyed good health and am on no medication. Recently whilst walking my dog in the cold weather I am getting painful stinging and tingling sensations in front and back of my thighs and buttocks. There is a red mark and a numb feeling in certain areas even when back at home in the ward, much as when we've been in the snow, but I am wearing leggings under my trousers and still getting this. Have I suddenly got bad circulation?!
