What Causes Painful Swelling And Tightness In The Left Lower Leg And Back?
I have pAinful tightness and swelling in left lower leg in the back. I am unable to sleep or relax that leg. I am on crutches because of it. I also just had surgery on left foot, but the painful tightness started before the surgery. What should I do?

Hi,
Most probably it is due to spine related problems like prolapsed disc. As a first line management you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedics and get an MRI scan done.
