What Causes Painful Swelling In One Of The Testicles?

Hi thank you. I have a fleshy swelling in my scrotom i noticed this yesterday i have a dull ache on the right side of testicales but not very painful and a heavy feeling in my lower stomach. i am 63 years old my weight is 11.5 stone and i am 5ft 11inches. I do lots of excercise including walks and weight training

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Orchitis on right side with dull ache in lower stomach.Pain in the Testicle is due to mostly from Chlamydia Trahomatis with STD mostly.
One sided right testicle pain could also be due to other causes as-varicocele which is very uncommon.Second opinion from a Surgeon / Urosurgeon would fix this amibiguity in diagnosis.
For your age Other causes need to be ruled out by Second Opinion from Surgeon and by USG studies.
This is my advise in the given situation.
