What Causes Painful Swollen Legs When On No Salt Diet?

hi, I am chris. I will start by telling you I don t have high bloodpressure. blood work says things are normal. My legs have been swollen on and off and when I stand they ache like I have been running all day. I am on a no salt diet. I wanna feel sure nothing has been over looked.

Dear sir

There are three main causes for pain and swollen legs.
1. Renal problems
2. Cardiac problems
3. Serum Electrolytes

All these problems needs to be evaluated.

Recommended investigations are
1. ECG
2. 2D Echo
3. Doppler flow analysis
