Hello. Thank your writing to us at healthcaremagic
I would keep a likely possibility of genital herpes. It is an STD. Genital herpes classically presents with multiple, painful erosions/sores in the genital or perineal region; there may be associated burning sensation and pain on passing urine. Primary episode is very symptomatic and may be cause great discomfort and pain. The diagnosis is fairly obvious on clinical examination, therefore, I suggest you to visit a venereologist for a confirmatory diagnosis as well as appropriate treatment. Treatment of confirmed herpes is with Oral antiviral e.g either acyclovir or valacyclovir.
Regards
