What Causes Painful Urination And Itchy Buttocks Area?
Ive been having a feeling as if something was leaking out of my penis but its completely dry.also sometimes it burns when I pee butnonly when urine is yellow.i use the restroom alot sometimes I dont even drink anything and have to go...also itchyness on buttocks at random times and a tickle feeling at night....can pin worms cause all of this?

Hi, Thanks for asking. Based on your query, my opinion is as follows. 1. Passing of concentrated urine can burn the tip of urethra resulting in burning pain at times. 2. Good hydration is necessary.. 3. Itchy buttocks could be due to increased sweating and fungal infection. Apply anti-candid powder and keep area dry. Use loose garments. Does not appear to be pin worms. Pin worms irritation is only usually around anal region. 4. Get a urine examination and stool examination for further evaluation of infections or infestations.
