What Causes Painful Urination And Penile Discomfort Despite Having Safe Intercourse?
Had vaginal sex with a sex worker while wearing a condom for maybe 30seconds or more, after i received a hand job without condom. Immediatley after i felt my foreskin swollen and it seems to have subsided but still slightly there 2 days later. I feel penis discomfort but no real pain and no pain during urination. What are my potential risks?

It may be due to a hand job. The preputial skin would have damaged, erosed or fissured, which may be then swollen due to edema. Do not worry. It may be alright within a few days. Take painkiller like Brufen and antibiotic-like Cephalexin after consulting the doctor.
