What Causes Painful Urination, Dizziness And Headache?
Hi. I am a girl. Lately it is a little painful to utinate. It is not excruciating pain or anything but a tiny sharp pain. I have noticed when i wipe after urinating the tissue is a little reddish pink. Like blood mixed with alot of water. I am not due for my period yet. I am sexually active but have not had sex recently. I do masturbate but not with sharp objects. I have not noticed any foul smell in my urine but it is a little cloudy. I have mild abdo pain. And lately i feel nauseated and dizzy and my forehead is a little warm. I have a really bad headache for a couple days now. I am not sure what is wrong with me. The blood is only there after i finish urinating and i wipe myself. Please can you explain to me whaf is wrong. Many thanks in advance.
Hello. Thank you for your question. In my opinion you are suffering from either a renal stone or urinary infection or both. Drink plenty of oral fluids. You need to undergo some tests like urine tests and kidneyultrasound. You will have to take syp to alkalinise your urine and antibiotics after consulting doctor.
