i have frequent and painful urination for 1 week, 1st treated it as thrush 4 days ago and no change. Also some itching. I am on the mini pill (contraceptive) and have not had intercourse for a month. I was also treted for vaginitis abot 5 weeks ago which has cleared. In my history I have had many UTIs and thrush. I am taking a urine alkiliniser and cranberry extract and porbiotics. I also went to my doctor and had urine test done which was negative for UTI and pregnancy but he prescribed me Augmentin which i Havent started taking as Im unsur what it is still?? I also had a cervical smear 5 weeks ago which was ok.
