I have gone through your question and understood your concerns. Epididymitis or Epididymo-orchitis is treated empirically with ciprofloxacin 500mg 12hourly for 5-7days. I think ciprofloxacin is exerting its effects but i think you need give upto 7days and also use some analgesics like tab paracetamol 500mg 8hourly along with Syp Citralka 2TSF TDS. Maintain good hydration with daily intake of 10-12 glasses of water. If symptoms persists beyond 7days of this treatment, then you may need mid-stream urine for culture sensitivity to tell us about the causative organisms and antibiotics which is effective against it.
