Garlic does not give burning urination, in my knowledge. Also, what you have described doesn't look like a
vaginitis, since the painful urination is the main symptom.
It is most probably an
urinary tract infection, even if you don't find a reason its very frequent.
If I was your caring doctor, I would recommend to:
a) drink plenty of fluids;
b) consider doing an urine analyse (which most probably will result positive) together with an urine culture;
c) start antibiotics. The first line of antibiotic to choose, if you are not allergic of it is Trimethoprim-
sulphamethoxazole 960 mg, twice/day for 3 days.
4) Meanwhile the urine culture results should come out by the end of the antibiotic course and you will know if you were resistent or sensitive to it.
