What Causes Painful,itchy Bumps Inside The Wrist?
A few days ago I got a few itchy and painful clustered bump like things on the inside of my wrist going to my palm. There are 11 of them. I also have pain when I stretch my arm and recently realized that there is a red line on my forearm, when i press down on the red area it hurts but no where else on my arm does. This is all on my left arm. What could this be?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having irritant dermatitis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid using any new products like soap or perfume.
2. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like mometasone cream on the lesions twice daily.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for itching.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
