Hi, These look too be classical sebaceous cyst which are not growing as the ducts or opened or you pop the material out. This material is concentrated sebum hence cheesy and has classical smell. You can keep a watch for enlargement, infection, pain, redness or so. Still best is to consult a general surgeon and get all such cysts operated. These are small hence, you will have very small scars. If not infected then the removal of the whole cysts with skin having duct can give you permanent relief.
