What Causes Pale Pink Blood After Urination?

I have pale pink blood after urination and then wiping. I am 43 overweight and do not have a normal period but hormone levels are ok. I had an ultrasound several months ago that was good over my female parts. I had a normal pap 2 years ago.I have not had any trauma I did however have intercourse 2 days ago. This seems to happen as a day of spotting and more recently on and off pink on wiping. My last period was in Jan and it was 7 days and heavy before that it was a year
