What Causes Pale Throat, Swelling And Difficulty In Swallowing?

My throat looks kinda pale( I can see the veins) , compared to what it usually looks like and my sister said it was kinda red further down and I can feel my glands are swollen and I ve been having some trouble with swallowing. I ve also had random moments of fatigue throughout the day. Not sure if its serious or just allergies but it hasn t been as sore as it usually is.
