What Causes Pale White Patches On Palm?

my sisters son has noticed pale white patches on back side of his palms recently .First he noticed tiny red spot like mosquito rash then it turns into light white patches.His age is 15 years.we met dermatologist and he told these pale patches firmed due to sun and he gave moerex cream& HCQS-200 Tablet to him. now I request u what is his problem really?IS IT CURABLE? I

Hi,

It seems that probably you may be having post inflammatory hypomelanosis. It is not the disease,but the after effect of the disease. It may recover without treatment. Still,you may consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.

I would suggest...

-tacrolimus oint to apply on the affected parts
-cap. vitamin E 400 mg daily
