What Causes Palms And Soles To Turn Black?

Hi sir,my name raghu frm india.iam 22 .frm past 6.years my hand palms,foot palms becomes very black,like black smoke.am very hesitate to show my palms in public.please help me. my dads sister also have this allergy.my parents told it is heridity.your aunty have this allergy thats why you this problem.please help me. give permanent solution

Hi.
As per your case history you are having vitamin b12 deficiency leading to such pigmentation.
My treatment advice is -
1. Stop any addictive habits like smoking and alcohol if present.
2. Take a healthy diet full of green leafy vegetables and milk.
3. Take a vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like flutivate once daily on dark skin.

If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.
