What Causes Palpitations After Taking A Steroid Shot?

Hi, I went to the doctor today around 4p.m. for a pretty bad sinus infection. She gave me a steroid shot along with some antibiotics which I just took. My heart feels like it s going to come out of my chest and it takes my breath away. Crazy, Crazy feeling. Never had a steroid shot before, is this normal???

as such there is no such complications with steroid shot,that too single.
maybe you have been advised to take some de-congestants( for sinusitis) like pseudo-ephedrine, which can cause these sudden symptoms what you have experienced.
