What Causes Palpitations Along With Headaches?
Hi,
I'm an 18 year old female, and my heart rate is currently 98 beats per minute. I've had a terrible headache for the past two days, so I've done nothing but lie in bed...but I feel like my heart is beating faster and harder than normal. Am I just being paranoid? Is this a normal heart rate?

At your age this is normal
Don't worry
For headache you can take paracetamol 4 hourly as you need
Take plenty of water and fresh friuts
Reduce coffee
Take sound sleep
