Hello
Welcome here.
I can understand your concerns.
Your all investigations are normal. You have palpitations and shortness of breath for one of two times in a week.

After cardiac causes are excluded, the most common cause for these symptoms is panic disorder. Panic is common but goes un-considered as most people are unaware of it.
The person gets episodes of anxiety, palpitations, dizziness, sweating and shortness of breath. This settles down on its own in 5minutes max.

I think you should practice slow and deep breathing and meditation.

Avoid tea coffee and alcohol as these induce panic attacks.

Drugs like klonopin (prescription drug) are helpful to abort acute anxiety attacks.

Consult a psychiatrist.
Hope this helps.
Thanks.
