Hi welcome to HCM
Your symptoms are suggestive of ongoing myocardial infarction which means blood supply to your heart is blocked and hence the symptoms.Do not worry.Immediately get investigations like ECG,2D ECHO,lipid profile,Troponin T,chest xray to confirm the diagnosis.Drugs like Anti platelets,Anti hypertensives, betablockers, cholesterol lowering drugs will be helpful in your case.Avoid smoking and alchohol.Restrict your salt intake to less than 6g per day.Exercise dily.Fruits like apple, pomogranate will be useful.Monitor your blood pressure and heart rate regularly.Coronary Angiogram will be extremely useful in your case to know the size, number of vessels blocked,so speak to your doctor regarding this.Consult your cardiologist for further queries and expert management.
Thankyou
